At FIVE6 Gaming, we want to ensure your streetwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
